Before Giggio, managing the administrative side of Nick’s career was time-consuming and cumbersome. “I used to do everything by hand,” Nick recalls. “I had a Microsoft Word template for invoices and contracts. It would take days, sometimes weeks, to send, receive, and finalise contracts by post.”
The manual processes of keeping track of bookings, payments, and contracts ate into valuable time that Nick could have spent focusing on his performances. In addition, running his entire business from a single computer was a risk. "If my computer broke down or got stolen, my entire business would be gone," he says.
The idea of moving to a cloud-based system initially made Nick hesitant, as he wasn’t fully comfortable with storing everything online. However, once he switched to Giggio, those concerns quickly faded. "Giggio has given me control over my business from anywhere in the world,” Nick explains. “I can send out contracts from the back of a taxi or even while sitting on a sunbed on holiday. I now have access to all my information 24/7 from any device."

This extra time has allowed him to focus on expanding his creative efforts and even launch Hat Trick Creative, a second company that provides event entertainment and production services. “In the last few years, Giggio has given me the time to set up my second business, which has been financially and creatively rewarding,” Nick says.
Beyond time management, Giggio has helped Nick stay organised, enabling him to work more efficiently and deliver better service to his clients. “Show business is made up of two words—show and business. The business side is often the boring bit, but Giggio allows me to manage it easily, so I can focus on delivering a great performance.”
