IS THERE A FREE TRIAL?
There sure is. You can use Giggio completely free of charge for 30 days. You don't need to enter any payment details to start a trial subscription. You'll have unrestricted access to all the great features of Giggio, giving you time to decide whether the system is right for you. At the end of the 30 day trial, if you do not purchase a subscription, your account will be locked, and no charges will be made.
WILL GIGGIO WORK IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES?
We have users all over the world. You can amend the Date Format, Currency, Tax Rates, Tax Names, and even amend all the headings to your own language if required.
HOW MUCH IS THE SUBSCRIPTION IN DOLLARS?
All our subscriptions get billed in Pounds (£). If you are outside the UK, this charge will get converted to your own currency by our Payment Partner at their current exchange rate at the point of billing. As a result, the charge may fluctuate slightly from month to month.
HOW DO I CANCEL?
There's no minimum subscription term, so you are free to cancel your membership at any time. This is done via the 'My Account' Panel within Giggio. Your subscription will terminate at the end of your current billing period and we won't charge you a cancellation fee. No refunds for the remainder of the billing period will be made.
CAN I PUT MY OWN Ts & Cs ON THE CONTRACTS?
Giggio has sample terms included, but these can be amended from the Terms & Conditions page in the Settings.
HOW DO I PAY FOR GIGGIO?
Our subscriptions can be processed by PayPal or by Credit Card.
