My name is Kyle, I'm Singer, Guitarist and managing and performing as Kyle Chater Acoustic and The Snap Chaps - Strolling Band. We love providing fun and engaging music entertainment options at Weddings and Corporate Events, not only playing some great tunes but offer a genuinely immersive and unique experience for our clients and their guests!
Before Giggio, we hated paperwork, admin, invoicing, extensive office time and having to check and double check all our information with our events diary and both clients and musicians alike!
We were using shared events on Google Calendar to co-ordinate musicians, clients and store booking information. With over 150+ events in the diary it was daunting prospect porting all this information onto Giggio. While it was initially time consuming, it has certainly been worthwhile. Coming from an office role in the past which used an industry focused CRM software, this felt very intuitive.
When I found Giggio I thought 'Wow'! This is actually made for me and my industry, it's immediately intuitive and it WORKS.
I've used both industry designed CRM software and various "make do" type software suites, in the past in previous industries and what a difference it makes having an end user and fellow industry professional, help design and implement a platform for our use. It certainly ticks all the boxes!
We're spending vastly fewer hours checking and double checking, invoices, accounts, booking information. Easy use of contracts for all events and booking forms for our clients to review, complete and sign online made adopting contracts very easy and re-assuring.
I've had various positive comments on how easy it was to book and how clear communication has been. The shared calendars and performer links between my musicians working for me is favourite feature.
Adopting this platform allowed me to clearly see my projected and contracted income across the year and confidently step into full time work as a musician and band manager. I now spend far more time promoting and growing the business, filling the diary and diversifying our entertainment offerings, I could not be happier!
I can confidently recommend this platform to anyone in the entertainment events industry, from solo acts to bands and entertainment agencies, magicians too as I understand it was designed with their sector in mind.
