Ella Woodhouse, from Ellevate Entertainment, shares her journey of building a thriving agency over the past 15 years. Starting with her vocal swing trio, The Polka Dots, Ella's agency now boasts over a hundred acts, ranging from bands to magicians and event suppliers.

A Humble Beginning

Fifteen years ago, Ella Woodhouse embarked on her musical journey with The Polka Dots, a vocal swing trio. Little did she know that this venture would lay the foundation for something much grander. As Ella reminisces, "It genuinely was organic growth. Before I knew it, I was running an agency."

From Excel Spreadsheets to Seamless Efficiency

Oh, God, all the Excel spreadsheets," she says with a hint of exasperation. The cumbersome process involved juggling numerous sheets and worksheets, leading to confusion and the constant risk of overlooking critical details. "It was hard to keep up," Ella admits, describing the perpetual struggle of staying organised amidst the chaos.
